La Liga president Javier Tebas has again criticised Premier League clubs for their spending in the transfer market, revealing he is planning to file a report to UEFA. All games in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland were postponed this weekend following the death of Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday evening.
