Barcelona are vying to record their 52nd consecutive Liga F victory when they travel to Valencia on Wednesday evening.

The Catalan giants are six points clear at the Liga F summit after winning their opening 16 league matches. They face a Valencia side who currently sit seventh following a recent run of three wins on the bounce.

When is kick off? Wednesday 1 February, 18:00 (GMT)
Where is the match being played? Antonio Puchades Stadium
TV channel/live stream? DAZN (UK, international)
Referee? Maria Planes Terol

Alexia Putellas, Cata Coll and Jana Fernández remain long-term absentees for Barcelona, with the trio all sidelined with ACL injuries.

Caroline Graham Hansen is currently recovering from a muscle injury, but was described as ‘close’ to returning ahead of the Supercopa a fortnight ago.

Valencia have blown hot and cold this term. They are the only team other than Barcelona to beat second place Levante in the league this season following November’s dramatic 4-2 victory, but they also suffered losses to Tenerife and basement side Alaves during a run of four straight defeats in November and December.

Barcelona have been typically ruthless this season even in the absence of key personnel, including Putellas and Graham Hansen. The Blaugrana reached an unprecedented half century of successive Liga F wins against Levante Las Planas a week ago, and should be expected to extend their lead at the top of the table with victory on Wednesday evening.

Prediction: Valencia 0-4 Barcelona
