The 2022 World Cup well underway with nations still scrapping to escape the group phase and reach the knockout stages in Qatar.

A few teams have already booked their last 16 spots, but many have designs on going as far as possible in Qatar. The quarter finals will be the next stop to determine which sides reach the final four.

Here’s when the quarter finals will take place.

The 2022 World Cup quarter finals will take place on Friday 10 December and Saturday 11 December, with two games each on both days.

With the group stage slowly coming to an end and the round of 16 yet to be played, we are still in the dark over who will reach the quarter finals of the 2022 World Cup.

England and France are among the favourites to have reached the last 16 and both will want to qualify for the final eight. One of the Netherlands or the USA will be in the quarter finals, having set up a last 16 clash between each other.

The likes of Brazil and Portugal have already qualified from their groups, though who they will face will only be confirmed once all games from the first stage have been completed.
